
We love power/buddha bowls in our house and have them at least once a week. This kit includes enough veggies to feed a hungry family of 4 with a bit leftover. Add your favourite grain (e.g brown rice, quinoa, etc.) and a source of protein (e.g chicken, tofu, salmon, edamame, chickpeas/black beans, etc) and you've got a delicious and nutritious meal!
